The Tessuto collection was conceived by examining some fabrics from the middle of the last century, revisiting them and reducing them to their essence, reworking them as decoration on wooden surfaces. The decoration is made using the sandblasting technique; to the touch the product has a marked materiality as it passes from the smooth surface to the sandblasted one in bas-relief. The essence - and the consequent color - is unique but the perception of it varies depending on the orientation with which it is observed. The two products are: continuous and dotted. The first has parallel lines of different widths, the second is composed of an alternation of lines thus forming a sort of dotted line.

Continuous Module cm 30x30

The Tessuto project re-elaborates textile textures on wooden surfaces. Two variants are available depending on the arrangement of the basic module: Tratteggio composed of an alternation of horizontal and vertical lines that form a sort of hatching, Continuo formed by parallel lines of different widths. The suggestions come from fabrics from the middle of the last century revisited, reduced to the essence and reworked as decoration.

The alternation between sandblasted portions where the grain emerges like in a bas-relief and smooth portions of each tile gives it a highly impactful materiality. This finish, in addition to being very innovative for a wooden floor, is particularly surprising to the touch and sight. The essence used is oak but the perception of it varies depending on the orientation with which it is observed. The tiles measure: Module Tratteggio cm 60x60, Module Continuo cm 30x30.
